Our training courses are designed to alternate theory and practice by integrating situational exercises, practical exercises on real-life cases and examples from field experience in order to provide a complete illustration of the topics covered. If necessary, technical visits to demonstration sites are organized. The training courses privilege in their progress the exchange, the sharing and the development of good practices.
Each training workshop benefits from a specific and individualized preparation beforehand and an evaluation by both participants and trainers afterwards. The evaluation process of the participants' knowledge follows the following steps: --- Preliminary evaluation of the participants' prerequisites --- On-the-spot evaluation of the participants' skills through a multiple choice test at the end of the training --- Cold evaluation of the participants' skills.
